Choline and Aminoglycoside Kinases, found in most eukaryotes and many bacteria [1].

The CAK family has the following subfamilies:

Subfamily ChoK

Eukaryotic Choline and Ethanolamine Kinases

Subfamily KACAD

Acyl-coA Dehydrogenase subfamily that contains an accessory CAK kinase domain.
